Sending a file as a link

You have the option of sending any file from the online storage as a link.

This is particularly recommended for large files.

Please follow the following guide:

1. Navigate to the mail.ch online storage.
2. Upload the desired file from your computer to the file inbox.
3. Select the file in question.
4. Click on "Send As / Link".
5. A new e-mail will open containing a link which the recipient(s) can use to download the file(s) in question.

Of course, this also works for several selected files.

Important note: Each file receives its own link. Further information on the use and validity of generated links can be found under "Files Shares".
