IMAP Connection in The Bat!

1. Launch "The Bat!" and in the "Account" tab, select "New ...".
2. In the following window, enter the name of the mail account and click "Next".
3. Now enter your name, your mail.ch address, and optionally your organization (e.g., company). Confirm with "Next".
4. Under "Incoming Server", select IMAP4.
5. Enter imap.mail.ch as the "Incoming Server" and smtp.mail.ch as the "Outgoing Server".
6. Check "Secure connection" if this option is available.
7. Also check "Server requires SMTP authentication".
8. Then click "Next".
9. Enter your mail.ch address or login and your password.
10. Confirm the entry with "Next".
11. You will then have the option to review your entries and make corrections if necessary – in this case, select "Yes" and click "Finish".
12. You will now see your entered data in the overview and can make changes. Confirm finally with "OK".
