Select Messages

Selecting emails is helpful when you want to edit one or more messages at the same time – for example, to move, delete, or mark them.

Select one or more messages:

1. Tap "Edit."
2. Checkboxes will appear next to the messages.
3. Tap on a message – a blue checkmark will appear in the checkbox.
4. Repeat the process for each additional message you want to select.

Select all messages at once:

1. Tap "Edit."
2. Select "Select All."
3. In the window that appears, tap "Select All."

Deselect or invert selection:

• To undo the selection, tap in the same window on:
  • "Deselect" – removes all checkmarks
  • "Invert Selection" – selects all previously unselected messages
